Welcome

I specialize in integrative psychotherapy, offering compassionate and individualized support for my clients. My goal is to empower individuals to explore their inner worlds, access creativity, and discover new paths to growth and healing. Utilizing art therapy, talk therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, and somatic practices, I promote holistic healing from trauma and the development of new coping skills.

I believe that therapy is not about fixing oneself but revolves around cultivating strengths and creating space for transformative changes aligned with desired ways of life. This process involves confronting life challenges while simultaneously healing from the past. Providing a warm and non-judgmental atmosphere to encourage the exploration of emotions and foster overall well-being. I help with navigating life transitions, overcoming feelings of being stuck or overwhelmed, improving relationships, and addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance use, complex trauma, and more.

Art therapy is an expressive and supportive way to explore your inner self and improve your overall well-being.
