Lost & Found:
Women Discovering ADHD in Adulthood Through Art & Community

This is an art therapy–based support group for women who learned they have ADHD in adulthood. The focus of this group is to provide community and connection, while holding both the grief and the joy that can arise from understanding how our brains work—often after many years of feeling different without knowing why.  Through art making and discussion, we will explore the challenges of late diagnosis and create space to process the wide range of emotions that come with this realization, alongside moments of insight, relief, and self-compassion.  This group is in its forming stages and will be led by Jennifer Atlas, who brings both professional and lived experience to the space. If you are interested in joining please email me and include your preference for online or in-person (Oyster Bay area of Long Island, NY). Hoping start date to be early 2027.
