Therapy Sessions

• The initial individual therapy session: $200, following sessions are $185/60 minutes.

• Intensives and family sessions are also available. 

Insurance

• Out-of-Network: A superbill can be provided upon request for potential reimbursement through your insurance plan.

• In-Network: Accepting  Cigna/Evernorth (providing individual therapy for adults). 

• Next Step: We highly recommend contacting your insurance provider to fully understand your mental health coverage and benefits.
